2011-2012 Scouting Calendar
All Scout meetings are held at the Belmont Hills Elementary School every Tuesday Evening from 7 P.M. To 8:30.P.M. in the Multi-Purpose Room.(Cafeteria). Enter through the Side Doors. ALL MEETINGS WILL START PROMPTLY AT 7 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance and Scout Promise. CAFETERIA DOORS ARE OPEN FROM 6:30...SO ARRIVE ON TIME !!!!!!!
The Cub Scouts are Meeting every Tuesday Night. Are You Signed-Up Yet? Tell You Friends ! Dues for the 2011-2012 Scouting Year will remain the same for another year and are only $35.00 This Price includes BSA Membership Fee, Den Handbook, All Achievement Badges and Pins, and Pinewood Derby Kit

THE CUB SCOUT CALENDAR IS POSTED AND WEEKLY MEETINGS ARE AT BELMONT HILLS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE CAFETERIA, BUT YOU WILL SEE THAT THERE ARE A FEW TUESDAY NIGHTS THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO USE THE SCHOOL, AS THERE ARE DAYS THAT THE SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED OR BEING USED FOR ANOTHER FUNCTION. THE CALENDAR MAY CHANGE SLIGHTLY, ESPECIALLY IN DECEMBER WHEN THERE ARE HOLIDAY PLAYS AND CONCERTS. ON TUESDAY NIGHTS THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO USE THE SCHOOL, WE ENCOURAGE ALL OUR DENS TO MEET AT A PARENTS OR DEN LEADERS HOME OR ANY WEEK THAT THEY WOULD LIKE...AND CONTINUE WITH YOUR PROGRAM. IT'S ALWAYS BETTER WHEN THERE AREN'T TO MANY WEEKS OFF, BUT EVERY YEAR, IT SEEMS THAT A LOT OF "DAYS OFF" ARE TUESDAYS...SO WE CAN CONSIDER MEETING AT A DEN LEADERS HOME OR TAKING A FIELD TRIP AS A FUN ALTERNATIVE.
FIELD TRIPS, CAMPING, ACTIVITY DATES AND UPDATES WILL BE MADE TO THE SCOUTING CALENDAR AS DETAILS ARE FINALIZED !

January Pack Meeting, "All about Pets and Genius Kit Night"
What: The boys will bring photos or their pet to the Pack Meeting and tell all about them. For safety reasons, only small pets that are contained or caged will be allowed to be brought to the school. All older dogs, cats and others should be represented by pictures, unless they are obedient and under control. All pets must be leashed. Snack will be provided this month with Juice and Coffee served.

This saturday Afternoon at the Blue and Gold Banquet, we will give out awards, have our annual Cake Baking Contest for all the scouts to participate in and a great dinner.

What: Pinewood Derby / All Scouts Remember to bring your car...NO MORE THEN 5 OUNCES OR YOUR CAR WILL BE DISQUALIFIED !!!! Weigh- In begins at 6:40 P.M. with the races starting at 7:00 P.M. Bring the Whole Family !!!!! The Parent/ Sibling races will follow the scout event...and the only rule for the parents is the 8 oz. rule. Good Luck !!!
